Visits and Exchanges
Grundtvig visits and exchanges enables present or future staff working in the field of adult education to undertake a work-related visit to another European country. Participants are encouraged to gain a broader understanding of adult learning in Europe. It also helps to improve the practical teaching/coaching/counselling/management skills and/or support the work of the host organisation by providing expertise in the area of teaching, management or other related activities
Examples of eligible activities are:

Fieldworks/project research;

Seminars/conferences;
-
Job-Shadowing placements with organisations involved in adult learning.
The activity can last from 1 day up to a maximum of 12 weeks
Who can benefit?
-
Teachers and other staff working in adult education;
-
In-Service trainers of such staff;
-
Former teachers re-entering adult education in a professional capacity after a period away;
-
Graduates with a qualification in adult education/ andragogy and advanced level students studying towards such a qualification.
Deadlines:
15th January 2010 (for training starting on or after 1st May 2010)
30th April 2010 (for training starting on or after 1st September 2010)
15th September 2010 (for training starting on or after 1st January 2011)
All training activities under the 2010 call must end by 30th April 2011 at the latest.
